Paul Startz

Paul Startz has provided independent legal and business development consulting services to technology, media, and communications companies since 2001.

​

Prior to establishing his own practice, Paul was Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs at Quokka Sports, Inc., a provider of internet-based sports entertainment programming. He was also General Counsel and Secretary at NBC Quokka Ventures, LLC, a producer of Olympics-related web content.

​

Before joining Quokka, Paul was a partner in the law firm of Cooley Godward LLP, where he established and managed the information technology group in its San Francisco office.
